Scotland Pioneer Action Plan signed in Paris
Scotland was selected earlier this as a pioneer within the Open Government Partnership’s Subnational Programme.
This means Scottish Government signed and submitted (to the Paris #OGP16 conference) an action plan for open government delivering commitments in Scotland.
This is a pioneering plan, headlined by five top level strategic commitments.
It is available from the OGP website: http://www.opengovpartnership.org/subnational-scotland-plan
It has been developed with input from civil society, although it should not be seen to limit civil society’s ambition for action in Scotland.
To engage with the actions, refine and add to the ambitions, Scotland’s civil society network has set up a wiki page to engage your contributions: https://opengovpioneers.miraheze.org/wiki/Scotland
