Grassroots Democracy Games

Purpose: Improve political literacy: understand how party politics work; explore the party manifesto making process and develop understanding and awareness of the UN Sustainable Development Goals

Through a series of participatory democracy games, participants from Special Schools will:

• Create your own political party – devise the name, slogan & key messages
• Produce your political party manifesto based on the Sustainable Development Goals Framework
• Vote for the Party that best represents your priorities, values & principles
• Have some serious fun
